Delete your account

You may request deletion of your account and personal data associated with The Muslim at any time.

What will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your profile data
  • Your saved bookmarks and notes
  • Your personalized settings
  • Your login identity from our system

Data that cannot be deleted:

  • Anonymous usage analytics (cannot be linked to you)
  • Purchases made through Apple / Google (handled by the platform provider)

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

support@themuslim.app

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your region / country
  • Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted

Example:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Hello,
I would like to request the deletion of my account and all related data.
My registered email is: your@email.com

Thank you.

How long will it take?

Account deletion requests are processed within 3–7 business days. After completion, you will no longer be able to recover your data.

If you reinstall or sign in again, a new account may be created.
